Tim didn't start in SEO. He started in automotive — selling to dealerships, working inside one, then managing OEM digital programs across the country. That's why A3 Brands operates differently from every other agency in the space.
Tim's automotive career began in 2001 when he launched Speedway Distributors, a licensed-products distributor serving over 3,000 dealerships across all 50 states through 5 regional warehouses. A decade learning what GMs actually care about, how decisions get made, and what moves the needle at store level.
In 2014 he went inside the store as Internet Sales / BDC Director at Baker Automotive Group, where his SEO and SEM strategy pushed Baker's CDJR site into the top 2% nationwide. Then seven-plus years at Shift Digital — joining in 2017 as Acura Digital Strategist for the Mid-Atlantic, then taking on Acura Field Program Manager for all of North America in 2020.
Tim founded A3 Brands in November 2021 to be the agency he never had as a dealer. He stepped into the President role in March 2025. Along the way he built GALAXY — the AI system that powers every client engagement, surfacing the gaps and opportunities the team executes on.
Founded Speedway Blues, a licensed NASCAR apparel manufacturer sold through Wal-Mart, KMart, JC Penney, Sears, Disney, Anheuser-Busch, and Procter & Gamble nationwide.
Launched Speedway Distributors in August 2001, a licensed products distributor serving over 3,000 domestic automobile dealerships across all 50 states through 5 regional warehouses.
Joined Baker Automotive Group as Internet Sales/BDC Director. Managed all internet leads and digital strategy, driving 60% of total sales through digital channels and pushing the CDJR website into the top 2% nationwide.
Joined Shift Digital in September 2017 as Acura Digital Strategist for the Mid-Atlantic region. Took on Acura Field Program Manager for all of North America in 2020. Trained dealers and OEM teams on digital best practices for 7+ years through March 2025.
Founded A3 Brands in November 2021 — the only SEO agency exclusively for car dealerships. Combined vendor, dealership, and OEM experience into strategies that no generalist agency can replicate.
Stepped into the President role at A3 Brands in March 2025. Launched GALAXY, A3 Brands' proprietary AI Visibility System. Pioneered AEO and GEO services as AI search reshaped how buyers find dealerships.
