Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the A3 Brands website (a3brands.com) or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of A3 Brands LLC.

Description of Services

A3 Brands LLC provides search engine optimization (SEO), AI engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and related digital marketing services exclusively for automotive dealerships. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automotive SEO strategy and implementation
• AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews)
• GALAXY AI Visibility System analysis (Brand DNA, Audience DNA, Competitor DNA)
• Content creation and optimization (model pages, blog posts, city pages)
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Fixed operations SEO
• Technical SEO audits and implementation
• GA4 analytics and attribution consulting

Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your dealership and business
• Grant necessary access to your website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile as required for service delivery
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approval in a timely manner
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary strategies or reports we provide

Payment Terms

All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each service period. Plans start at $2,999/month. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no early termination penalties. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.

No Guarantees of Results

While A3 Brands has a strong track record of delivering measurable results for automotive dealerships, SEO and AI search performance depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, website platform limitations, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. All case studies and results referenced on our website reflect actual client outcomes but should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the A3 Brands website — including text, graphics, logos, the GALAXY AI Visibility System name, Brand DNA, Audience DNA, and Competitor DNA frameworks — is the property of A3 Brands LLC and protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Content we create for your dealership as part of our services becomes your property upon full payment for the applicable service period.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to GALAXY reports, competitive analysis data, strategy documents, and business performance metrics. We may reference your dealership as a client and use anonymized, aggregated performance data in our marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

User Submissions

By submitting information through our website forms — including strategy call requests, Competitor DNA Report requests, and contact forms — you grant A3 Brands LLC permission to use that information to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, and communicate with you about your dealership's search visibility. We will handle all submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A3 Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to A3 Brands LLC in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A3 Brands LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your dealership's content that we publish on your behalf at your direction.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no early termination fees or penalties — ever. Upon termination, we will provide a final performance report and ensure a clean transition. Any content created during the engagement remains your property. Access to GALAXY AI Visibility System reports and proprietary A3 Brands tools will be discontinued upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
